Alabama Credit Union's Automated Phone Teller is easy and secure, with the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choice protecting your accounts. You can change your PIN whenever you like.

Call 888.817.2002 and choose Option 1 to check balances, transfer between accounts, see what checks have cleared and more, all from any telephone, any time. 

If you need more information - about your account, our services, or anything Alabama Credit Union related, ask Automated Phone Teller to transfer you to a Member Care Center agent on the spot.

How do I add Automated Phone Teller to My Account?

Automated Phone Teller is automatically added to your account when it's opened. When you call, it will ask for a PIN. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last 4 of your SSN. The system will then prompt you to set up a new PIN. If you need assistance, visit any Alabama Credit Union branch or contact our Member Care Center at 888.817.2002.
