ACUiBranch® online account access offers members added convenience with Notify Me Alerts. You can receive custom-selected alerts or you can choose from pre-determined alerts via text message, email or push notification (mobile app only). The Notify Me Alerts for balances are sent out every morning around 8:30 a.m. All other alerts are sent around 6 p.m.
How to enroll in 'Notify Me Alerts'?
- Once logged into online banking, select the Alerts (bell) icon near the top right.
- Select Settings in the drop-down menu.
- In the 'Contact Information for Alerts' section, select 'Enroll to receive text alerts' to send a registration code to your phone.
- If a cell phone number is not listed, it can be added by selecting 'Change Contact Information' from the 'I want to' drop-down.
- In the text box, enter the registration code that was received.
* Note: While Alabama Credit Union does not charge to send text message alerts, additional charges may apply to receive messages depending on your wireless carrier.
Enrolling in Push Notifications
- Ensure your ACUmBranchSM mobile app has notifications enabled by locating it in your phone's settings.
- Once logged into the mobile app, select Manage Alerts from the More menu.
- Select the alert you wish to set and tap the Push Notification slider.
- Some alerts may not be available for push notification.
