View PDF statements at the end of each month or quarterly period, to download or print for your records. Tax forms, such as Form 1099 are also available via e-Statements.
Paper Statement Update
Starting May 05, 2021, those who choose not to enroll in e-statements will assess a $2 per paper statement fee. Those 65 years of age and older will be exempt from this fee.
How to Enroll in e-Statements:
Step 1: In Online Banking, select your Savings Account on the homepage.
Step 2: Once your Savings Account has been selected, on the right side of the page, click the work "Statements."
Step 3: You will then be prompted to register for e-statements. Please confirm the PDF viewer, enter your information, and select whether you want email notifications or not. Once you have completed the process, you are now signed up to receive e-statements.
*Reminder: If you are a joint account holder on your child's Billy Bear Savings Account or Student Account, their account must be registered for e-statements as well.
How to view your e-Statements:
- Via online account access - Select the detailed view of any of your Alabama Credit Union accounts. Then select ‘Statements’ from the top right section under the red Transfer In and Transfer Out icons.
- Via mobile app - Select ‘Account Statements’ from the ‘More’ menu.
